In case of delay exceeding 10 minutes, the treatment duration may be reduced to respect the schedule of following appointments. Any cancellation or modification must be made at least 12 hours before the appointment, via the website, email, SMS or phone.
For your safety, please inform us before the treatment of any pregnancy, allergy, scalp/skin condition (irritation, wounds, eczema, psoriasis), pathology, ongoing medical treatment or recent procedure. Depending on your situation, we can adapt the protocol or suggest rescheduling your appointment.
