Subject: These Terms & Conditions govern the sale of wellness services (Head Spa, massages) and gift cards.
Rates: Prices are shown in euros including tax and may be adjusted without notice. The applicable price is that displayed at the time of booking/order.
Booking: Until our booking module reopens, appointments are made by phone/WhatsApp/email from the page Contact.
Late arrivals & cancellations: A delay exceeding 10 minutes may result in a reduction of treatment duration to avoid impacting subsequent appointments. All cancellations must be notified at least 24 hours in advance.
Gift cards: Valid for 12 months from purchase. Non-refundable (except legal right of withdrawal for distance sales if unused). Exchange possible for another service of equivalent value, upon request and subject to availability.
Contraindications: Certain treatments may be unsuitable for certain medical situations (pregnancy, pathologies, recent surgery, etc.). Please inform us in advance; we reserve the right to decline a treatment if safety cannot be guaranteed.
Consumer mediation: After written communication with Moon & Star remains unsuccessful, the consumer client may contact a consumer mediator via economie.gouv.fr/mediation-conso.
Applicable law & disputes: French law. Jurisdiction of French courts in case of dispute.
